Solid Black Finish Plaque

 The plaque is a semi-gloss, solid black finish plaque.  A personalized metal plate is required for personalization.  We have multiple colors for you to choose from for the metal plates and they each come in a variety of sizes. 

 Cost includes a personalized engraving.

Upload your artwork below by clicking the orange "Choose File" button located above the "Add to cart" button.  You can also upload your desired text engraving through there or by clicking on your cart/shopping bag and entering the text in the “Order special instructions” box or emailing us at 53tendesigns@gmail.com.

There will be a $17 one-time fee for any custom artwork not sent in the proper format. Proper formats include .ai, .eps, or .svg. Some .pdf files do work.

There is a possibility we may have your requested artwork on file that has already been converted to the proper format. If this is the case, there will not be a $15 fee.
