The plaque is made of genuine Walnut and Alder hardwood.

Cost includes a personalized engraving.

To enter your desired text engraving, click on your cart/shopping bag and enter the text in the “Order special instructions” box or email us at 53tendesigns@gmail.com.  

There will be a $15 fee for any custom artwork not sent in the proper format. 

Proper formats include .ai, .eps, or .svg. Some .pdf files do work.

There is a possibility we may have your requested artwork on file that has already been converted to the proper format. If this is the case, there will not be a $15 fee.
